3 Year Accreditation Award Earned<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

We are pleased to advise you that Maple Manor has been accredited for a period of three years for its Person-Centered Long-Term Care Community programs. \u00a0This is the fourth Accreditation that CARF has awarded to Maple Manor. \u00a0Maple Manor is a family owned Long Term Care Home that has been providing service in the Tillsonburg area since 1973.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Accreditation decision represents the highest level of Accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and demonstrates the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. \u00a0An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable and accountable. \u00a0From our viewpoint, it is also representation of the high level of commitment staff in the home have towards providing quality care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
